View and download YTD and PF YTD Statement

The term year-to-date (YTD) is the period from the first day of the current financial year up to the present date.

The YTD Reports page in the greytHR ESS portal allows you to view the summary of your Earnings, Deductions, and Net Pay for the selected financial year.

You can perform the following actions on the YTD Reports page:

1. View and download YTD Statement.

2. View and download PF YTD Statement.

View and download YTD statement

To view and download the YTD statement, from your greytHR ESS portal, go to Salary > YTD Reports. 

1. On the YTD Reports page, from the Year dropdown list, select the required financial year. A list of YTD statement cards appears displaying the Net Pay and Income, Deductions, and Days tab.

2. Click the Income/Deductions/Days/ to view the breakup of the salary components for the selected financial year.

3. Click the Download icon to download the YTD statement.

View and download PF YTD statement

1. On the YTD Reports page, from the Year dropdown list, select the required financial year. The PF YTD Summary appears. 

2. You can view the details such as Employee Contribution PF, VPF, Employer’s Contribution PF, and Pension Fund . The Employee Details card displays Employee No, Name, Join Date, PF Number, and UAN.

3. Click the Download icon to download the PF YTD statement.
