View your swipe details in greytHR mobile app

Employee swipes are important as they ensure accurate tracking of attendance and work hours. Swipes also provide a clear attendance record for easy reference.

The Employee Swipes screen in the greytHR Mobile application helps you, as an employee, maintain transparency and prevent disputes over work timings. It ensures that correct hours are recorded for payroll, overtime, or compliance.

View your swipe detail

To view the swipe detail:

  1. From the greytHR Mobile application, go to Explore > Attendance > Employee Swipes.

  2. Select the required date range. By default, the present day’s date is displayed.

đź“Ś If there are more swipes for the same day, then tap View More.

3. Tap the arrow to view the swipe details. You can view the details such as Location Details, Device Name, Acces Card, Longitude, Latitude. The See on Google Maps link on clicking allows you to view exact location on google maps.

Note: The google maps link is visible only for geo fencing, geo tracking, manual mobile sign in, and auto geo-fencing where lat/long is captured.
